About us
A new company that has already built something
Lennovate Technologies Inc. was incorporated in Ontario on 5 July 2026. We are not going to pretend to a decade of history we do not have. What we will do is show you the work and the numbers behind it, and let you judge from those.
On the record
The company, verifiably
- Legal name
- Lennovate Technologies Inc.
- Incorporated
- 5 July 2026, under the Ontario Business Corporations Act
- Corporation number
- 1001664518
- Registered office
- Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
- How we work
- From Ottawa, remotely, across time zones
- Contact
- [email protected]
Every line above can be checked against the Ontario business registry. We publish the corporation number for exactly that reason: a company four weeks old has no reputation to trade on, so it should be easy to confirm the parts that are matters of record.
So far
Three weeks, one whole product
9 July 2026
First commit on LeTon. A two-sided marketplace where venues and influencers trade access for content, with no cash moving between the two sides.
July 2026
Four surfaces, in parallel. A native iOS app in SwiftUI, a native Android app in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, an Express and Prisma API over PostgreSQL, and a React admin panel with role-based access control. Not one codebase wearing two costumes — two real apps sharing a design system rather than a runtime.
1 August 2026
102 commits in, and in final development. Roughly 50,700 lines of first-party code across 210 API endpoints and 44 database models. LeTon has not been released yet; it goes to the App Store and Google Play shortly.

How we work
Five things we hold to
01
Whole products, not slices
If we cannot take responsibility for it shipping, we are the wrong studio for the job. Every handoff between design, front end, back end and infrastructure loses information, and that accumulated loss is why products arrive late or wrong.
02
You own the code
Everything we build is handed over with the repository and the keys. We do not rent your product back to you, and we do not make ourselves impossible to replace.
03
Decided once, obeyed everywhere
Colour, type, spacing and motion are settled as tokens and then mirrored on every surface. It is why the tenth screen costs a fraction of the first, and why the apps look like siblings instead of cousins.
04
Scope before price
We do not publish a rate card, because a number written before the conversation is a number that is wrong. We quote once we understand what you are actually shipping.
05
A small number of builds
We would rather do a few things properly than many things approximately. That is a constraint on our growth, and a deliberate one.
Where we are
Ottawa, and wherever the work is
The company is Canadian and registered in Ottawa. The work happens remotely across time zones, which is less a policy than a description of how software has been built for years now.
